Terms of service

Overview

grapesuds.com is operated by Grape Suds. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our soaps are handmade, so color, size and shape can vary slightly from the photos. They are soap — not food — and are for external use only. Keep them away from small children and pets. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free standard shipping to the United States, Canada and Australia. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Please see our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
