Refund policy

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to support@grapesuds.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — you don't need to send anything back.

Lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Changed your mind?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at support@grapesuds.com and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons we can't accept soap that has been used.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, or any time before it ships, for a full refund.
