Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–11 business days to the United States and 5–10 business days to Canada and Australia. Delivery during holidays and peak seasons can take a little longer.

Where orders ship from

Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner and travels internationally before it reaches you.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.

Import fees

You should not have to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, contact us at support@grapesuds.com before paying and we will sort it out.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can update it only before the order ships.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
